个人简介

2019年8月毕业于英国纽卡斯尔大学 (Newcastle University) 医学院获得博士学位;2019年10月至2021年12月,在pg电子官方网站-pg电子娱乐平台 从事博士后研究;2022年1月开始担任助理研究员。

 

主要成果

博士后及担任助理研究员期间,致力于乳源生物活性多肽制备、活性探究以及产品的研发和专利成果转化,负责纵向科技兴蒙项目及多个横向项目。博士期间主要从事有机农业、谷物质量营养与安全的研究,主要包括种植体系对抗氧化物质、霉菌毒素及农药残留的影响,参与欧盟"NUE-crops"及“HealthyMinorCereals”第七框架项目,以及英国企业资助项目“The Sheepdrove Trust”。近五年在Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry X,Agronomy,The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition,Foods等期刊发表SCI文章十余篇。担任Agronomy,International Journal of Molecular Sciences等SCI期刊审稿人。
